On Sunday, July 25, hundreds of people gathered at Ken Mack's farm near Langenburg, SK for a unique threshing demonstration. Ten threshing machines ranging from 1935 to 1950, with tractors ranging from the 1920s to the 1950s, were fired up.

Ten threshing machines ranging from 1935 to 1950, with tractors ranging from the 1920s to the 1950s, were fired up.Those who wished to were given the chance to pitch wheat, just like the threshing gangs of the past. The tractors were brought from Calder, Esterhazy and Binscarth and included John Deere, Co-op and Lanz.
