Coolish weather on Saturday did not stop the Yorkton Relay for Life Committee from kicking off its third annual campaign with a Party in the Park at City Centre Park.
The Jaywalkers entertained while kids enjoyed the games and folks chowed down on burgers, dogs and smokies.
As part of this year's Relay, the committee is raising awareness about melanoma and lobbying to have the use of tanning beds banned for people under 18.
The Relay is schedule for June 21 at Century Field.
