The Yorkton Tribal Council was the host of their first Pow Wow. Dancers from across southern Saskatchewan attended the event. The event was part of the celebration of the Yorkton Tribal Council’s 20th anniversary in 2017. “Yorkton’s been starving for cultural activities for years now, for decades. We were able to fill that gap,” says Clifford Crane with the Yorkton Tribal Council.
