Ronald Edward George Fatteicher will be getting a psychiatric evaluation.
The man, who is accused of driving a bulldozer into a home in Calder, Sk. was remanded to North Battleford in order to get a psychiatric evaluation in order to determine if he is fit to stand trial, as well as determine if he would be criminally responsible for his actions, under section 672.11 of the Canadian Criminal Code.
