Each month a male and a female student is selected as the SHHS Saint of the Month. Saint of the Month students are nominated by staff and students of SHHS. The selection is based on: Demonstrating Christian Values, School work, School Involvement, Leadership, and Community Involvement.
Taylor Reiger is open to new people and is quiet but very nice. She is kind, caring and always willing to help out. She is easy to talk to and a good friend. Taylor is always there when you need her. She is an excellent and conscientious student, who is great in AP calculus and is on the honour roll. Taylor is on the SRC and has been treasurer for 2 years, is in rock band, band (where she won the award for band at grad) and dances with Dance Innovations where she spends many, many hours with this. Taylor is on the retreat leadership team. She attends St. Gerard's regularly.
Brett Kitchen always has a smile on his face. He is friendly and helpful to students and staff. Brett is polite and courteous. He works hard in his classes and gets good grades. Brett is on the football and track team and plays hockey. He is very welcoming to new students and gets along well with everyone. Brett attends St. Gerard's parish.
