Each month a male and a female student is selected as the SHHS Saint of the Month. Saint of the Month students are nominated by staff and students of SHHS. The selection is based on: Demonstrating Christian Values, School work, School Involvement, Leadership, and Community Involvement.
Justine Zarowny is a positive role model to others and she is always willing to help out. She does her best in all her classes, has a strong work ethic and is on the honour roll with distinction. Justine is very involved in Sacred Heart’s activities and these include: musical, cross country, soccer, curling, SRC, track and basketball. She is a retreat leader and takes on leadership roles in all her activities, helping others and including them all. Justine is vice president of the SRC. She also attends St. Gerard’s parish.
Noah Jendrasheske is kind to everyone and has a big heart. He isn’t afraid to lend a helping hand whenever it is needed. Noah walks around with a positive attitude. He tries hard in all his classes, is an AP student and maintains a 90% plus average. Noah plays football and is a Russian dancer in the school musical this year. He Ukrainian dances with Kalyna. Noah is a leader among the boys in his dance group. He attends St. Gerard’s parish.
