Saltcoats and District Daycare would appreciate assistance with the following donated items: Coupons (food, cleaning products, etc.), Canadian Tire Money, picture frames, dress up clothes, adult sized furniture (couch, easy chair, rocking chair, lounge chair).
Saltcoats Library has received large print fiction and adult fiction block of books for your reading pleasure. The annual Summer Reading program begins Wednesday, July 6 from 2:00 to 3:00 p.m. and will run until August 17. Children from Kindergarten to grade six are welcome. It would be appreciated if you could pre register for preparation for the event. Please come prepared to get messy and have some fun!
There is Bingo at the Stirling Room on the Last Thursday of the month at 1:30 p.m. The next few dates are: June 30, July 28, and August 25. There will be a maximum of 10 games with cards 25 cents each and 25 cents a game. The last game is a share the wealth jackpot. Laketown Leaders invite all to come out for some fun.
