SALTCOATS - Pot- luck lunch coming

The Saltcoats Seniors will host the Noon Pot Luck Luncheon in the Stirling Room on Mon., Feb. 20. All are welcome. Call 306-744-8169 if you need a ride. The monthly Laketown Leaders Bingo is Thurs., Feb. 23 at 1:30 p.m. in the Stirling Room.

The Play "Opening Night", a comedy of Norm Foster, has a few Thurs., Feb. 9 tickets available and the Sun., Feb. 12 matinee has tickets open for three tables. Call Phyllis at 306-744-2990.

World Day of Prayer is hosted by Saltcoats Anglican Church this year. Due to repairs from water damage, the United Church has graciously loaned their location for the events. World Day of Prayer Bible study #1 is Fri., Feb. 17 at 2:00 p.m., and the #2 is Fri., Feb. 24 at 2:00 p.m., both in the United Church. World Day of Prayer is Fri., March 2 at 2:00 p.m. The theme is "Let Justice Prevail" and the service was prepared by the people of Malaysia.

The Town Office will be closed on Feb. 14 and 15 to allow staff to attend a course in Basic Emergency Management.
