Rememberance Service is Sun., Nov. 11. Those wishing to March meet at the school at 10:30 a.m., enter the hall at 10:40 and opening will commence. The service follows the opening ceremonies. Pot luck lunch and fellowship time follows. Beverages provided.
Worship at both the Anglican and United Churches are cancelled so citizens may attend the community rememberance.
The United Church fall supper will be at Saltcoats and District Community Hall on Sat., Nov. 17, 2012. There is takeout and delivery available.
Saltcoats Library annual fundraiser noon luncheon is Mon., Nov. 26 at the Stirling Room. This soup, sandwich and dessert lunch also has a door prize draw.

The local annual Craft sale was well attended with the added feature of Alia/Tan Jay fashion show. The first door prize winner was Rick Willis taking home an Amaryllis, 2nd winner was Tina Nabozniak with the Avon bag, 3rd, Fern Ward getting Tupperware S+P and Scott Hass the recycle crochet bag.
