The Ministry of Environment would like to remind people that ice fishing season in Saskatchewan closed on March 31 in the province’s southern and central fisheries management zones. The season closes on Wednesday, April 15, in the northern zone.

The Ministry of Environment would like to remind people that ice fishing season in Saskatchewan closed on March 31 in the province’s southern and central fisheries management zones. The season closes on Wednesday, April 15, in the northern zone.

Stocked trout waters are open all year round, and the province will once again be offering a free fishing weekend this summer for anglers of all ages.
