SHHS April Saints of the Month

Each month a male and a female student is selected as the SHHS Saint of the Month. Saint of the Month students are nominated by staff and students of SHHS.

Each month a male and a female student is selected as the SHHS Saint of the Month.  Saint of the Month students are nominated by staff and students of SHHS.  The selection is based on: Demonstrating Christian Values, School work, School Involvement, Leadership, and Community Involvement.

Erica brings a positive attitude to SHHS every day and is always willing to lend a hand and has a heart of gold.  She is on the honour roll with distinction and does her best in all her classes.  Erica uses her class time wisely and gets her work done on time.  She is involved in dance and has been to L.A, Germany, and New York for dance.  Erica has been an AMPO leader in the past and she demonstrates maturity, spirit, care and great leadership.  She attends St. Gerard’s parish and is an alter serve and is quite active in the church.

Caleb always has a smile on his face, is very cheerful, has a sensational laugh, and has a tremendous amount of leadership.  He has a big heart, is very outgoing, generous and loves his family.  He always shows respect for others.  Caleb is in AP calculus and AP English, and maintains a 90% plus average.  You can find Caleb playing basketball, football, volleyball, track and field and badminton.  He also played for the Yorkton Midget AA Terriers.  Caleb went on the Europe and China school trips, is an outdoor ed. Participant and is a retreat leader.  He is considered a good role model, is very mature and has a positive attitude towards everything.  Caleb attends St. Gerard’s parish and is an alter server.  He participates in school masses as well.
