Each month a male and a female student is selected as the SHHS Saint of the Month. Saint of the Month students are nominated by staff and students of SHHS. The selection is based on: Demonstrating Christian Values, School work, School Involvement, Leadership, and Community Involvement.
Breanne can make anybody laugh, helps others with their homework, has a bright, positive attitude, and cares about others. She gives great advice and includes everyone. Breanne works hard in all her classes, gets her homework done on time and is on the honour roll with distinction. She plays soccer and is the Lady Saints starting goalie, she plays community soccer, is in gymnastics and Blitz volleyball and is an AMPO leader. Breanne has won many awards in soccer, keeps a positive attitude and is a great role model to younger soccer players, helping them to achieve their goals. She attends St. Gerard’s parish regularly.
Zacharyl is a kind hearted guy, who can make anyone laugh and is a good team player. He maintains a 90% average in all of his classes, working as hard as he can. Zacharyl is always respectful to all the students and teachers. He is a team player on the senior basketball and football teams. Zacharyl is a good role model to younger players. He regularly attends St. Gerard’s parish.
