Supper held

The Blue Bonnet held a perogie and sausage supper on March 20, and a very good crowd came out to support us. Although the weather wasn't the best, they still came out. A 50/50 draw was made and the lucky winner was Garry Dubiel.

\A delicious pot luck supper was held at the community centre. A good crowd came out to enjoy the meal. After the meal, the Goodeve Community Centre received a remarkable donation from Richardson Pioneer. Robin Hahn from the Goodeve Richardson Pioneer presented a donation of $10,000 to the centre Chairperson Wes Olynyk who accepted their cheque. The money will be used for keeping up the building; such as flooring and windows. The crowd responded with applause. The meeting then followed with various discussions.

Congratulations to Steve and Tara Yanyk of Regina on the birth of their daughter. Alex Elizabeth was born on March 19, weighing 6 pounds, 10 ounces.

Proud grandparents are Ron and Kathleen Yanyk of Goodeve.
