Jamie Zajac, manager of Yorkton Capital Kia, presented a cheque for $1,000 to Ross Fisher, Executive Director of The Health Foundation, to help fund the planning for a new regional hospital. "We are really pleased to support the planning for a new hospital," said Mr. Zajac, "it is just the right thing to do. Personally, I have young children and I want to know that we will have good healthcare facilities available should they ever need them. A new hospital will do that; it will also make it easier to attract new doctors and other medical specialists that we need. As well, a new hospital will also make a better work environment for everyone who currently works in the hospital, and that will help us keep the good people who are already working there," continued Mr. Zajac. "This is a terrific donation, I appreciate when someone like Jamie calls to say that we are doing a good job and that what we are working on is important to the community, and they would like to help," said Mr. Fisher.
