Stan Woroschuk, owner of Stan's Mobile Service, presented a cheque for $1,000 to Ross Fisher, Executive Director of The Health Foundation, to help fund the conceptual plan for a new regional hospital. "I think a new hospital is just a really good idea; this area is growing and the current hospital is getting old and will have trouble providing all the services we are going to need in the future," said Mr. Woroschuk. "We decided to make a donation because a new hospital will be really important for Yorkton and for the surrounding area. If you want a major project like a new hospital to move forward you need to show your support," continued Mr. Woroschuk. "We are very grateful to Mr. Woroschuk for making a contribution to planning for a new hospital. He is absolutely right in that you have to have the community solidly behind you before you can move forward with something as big a building a new regional hospital," said Mr. Fisher. "We are finding that there is very strong support in the community for the idea of building a new hospital, continued Mr. Fisher
