Early 1940s on the Cross farm 5 miles north and 1 1/2 mile east of Yorkton, near Young Siding.
The two draft horses were caught in an interesting pose!
Tracy Cross was on his way to a neighbour's well to fill the wooden water tank on the sleigh they are pulling, and then haul it back home.
