A voir dire has been scheduled in the 2009 murder of Gwenda Gregory.
Jaycee Mildenberger of Usherville stands accused of killing Gregory in her home in March 2009. The voir dire, a hearing during which a Court of Queens Bench Justice will determine the admissibility of evidence, is set to begin March 3, 2014 and run for two weeks.
The murder remained unsolved for more than three years before RCMP obtained an undisclosed break in the case in the spring of 2012. Mildenberger was arrested June 8 of that year and has been in custody since.
