The Parkland Unit of the Canadian Cancer Society held their annual Volunteer Appreciation Supper and Awards evening on Wed., Nov. 16, 2011. Those receiving certificates for their work in supporting the Canadian Cancer Society were:

Amanda Buhler (Moments by Amanda) for acting as the official photographer at many of our events including the Brayden Ottenbreit Close Cuts for Cancer.
Evelyn Wotherspoon for her years of dedication as a board member.
Olivia Fagrie, Randeer Simonsen and Robin Gall for their many years of involvement with the Residential Campaign.
The Madge Lake Relay for Life 2011 Committee and the Yorkton Relay for Life 2011 Committee for all their work in making these events the success that they were.

Welcome Home Floral and Gift Shop for the huge part they play in the Daffodil Campaign as well as their support in other events we host.

Lee Ann Stiglitz for her years of dedication as a Parkland Unit Board Member (Lee Ann is our current board president), as a member of the Division Board, a Peer Support Volunteer and her five years of involvement with the Melville Relay for Life Committee.
