The Parkland Prairie Girl Guide Extra Ops Unit is planning an International trip that will include guide programming touching on international awareness, science, personal development, and arts and culture. To help with the costs the Guides are raising funds through various events. On Sat., May 4 - Tim Horton's Clean up in the field beside Wal-Mart from 10:00 - 12:00. On Sat., May 4 - the girls will be at City Center park (by Liquidation World) and various other locations in the city selling cookies from 1:00 - 4:00. On Sun., May 5 - pop bottle drive 10:00 -1:00.
