Saskatchewan-born author, Corinne Jeffery, will be reading from her first novel, Arriving: 1909-1919. The 66-year-old first-time novelist will be at the Yorkton Public Library on June 18, 2012, Corinne will be speaking about her trilogy, her editing process for book 2 of the Understanding Ursula trilogy (due to be released in September), and her upcoming appearances in Western Canada.

Yorkton Relay for Life 2012 at Century Field June 22 - 7:00 p.m. to June 23 - 7:00 a.m. This unique and inspiring event involves teams of 12 to 15 who participate in a 12-hour, overnight non-competitive relay.
