Though summer is quickly coming to a close, 'good things' continue to happen in Yorkton, and tourists continue to visit our beautiful city. Tourism Yorkton Information Centre is pleased to announce that in the month of August, the Visitor Centre had 1,052 visitors throughout the month. We welcomed visitors from 10 different countries, as well as from 10 provinces and 15 states.
Countries include: Germany, Switzerland, France, Trinidad, Laos, the Netherlands, Italy, South Africa, the United States and Canada.
States Include: Arizona, Alaska, Florida, Los Angeles, Missouri, South Dakota, Wyoming, Connecticut, Kansas, Idaho, California, North Carolina, Michigan, Virginia, and Alabama.
Provinces and Territories Include: Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Alberta, British Columbia, Ontario, Quebec, Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, Newfoundland, the Northwest territories, Nunavut and the Yukon Territory.
