The Boston Pizza Yorkton Regional High School Female Student of the Month for September is Raquel Morales. Raquel is a grade 11 student who is originally from Guatemala. She came to Canada when she was one year old and is fluent in both English and Spanish. Raquel teaches Sunday School at her church and has participated in a mission to Guatemala to work with children at an orphanage. Raquel maintains a high academic average and wants to be a Pediatrician when she finishes school. Congratulations Raquel!
The Boston Pizza Yorkton Regional High School Male Student of the Month for September is Neil denBrok. Whether he knows you or not, Neil is the guy that always smiles at you and says hello! He doesn't judge or criticize - he just likes you for who you are! Neil comes to school every day and gives his best - even when things get tough he'll just try and try again. Neil spends a lot of time cheering on our school teams, hanging out with his family, helping out friends and working on his next belt at Kee's TaeKwondo. He's an overall great guy to know! Congratulations Neil!
