Between the dates of Dec. 1, and Dec. 15, a travel trailer was stolen from a rural property in the R.M. of Insinger. The trailer had Saskatchewan licence plate # 784JGC on it. This is a 32 foot Outback travel trailer.

An exception to the bylaw which regulates the operation of snowmobiles within the City of Yorkton was approved by Council at its most recent meeting.

Edgar and Doreen Thorson have made a contribution of $10,000 to The Health Foundation to assist the purchase of new telemetry monitoring equipment for the ICU. “We wanted to make a donation in-memory of my sister Esther,” said Mr. Thorson.

City funding for the old brick mill didn’t survive 2020 deliberations. But, some behind the scenes lobbying of Yorkton Council members by the Brick Mill Committee had the request back before Council at its regular meeting Monday.
