The new Director of Operations for the Society for the Involvement of Good Neighbours is Shelley Zoerb, who has served as a program manager with the organization for the past seven years. She takes over from Alan Sharp, who is moving to Saskatoon.

Bring the whole family down to the Parkland Mall in Yorkton today, (Saturday), for the LEGO Event. The display was open to a total of 100 participants, about 65 had arrived by 11 a.m.

The grills are hot and the ribs are on the barbecue. So too is the brisket and chicken, along with sides such as baked beans, coleslaw and corn bread.
