Affinity Credit Union, which has branches in Kamsack, Pelly and Norquay, is being thanked by the Saskatchewan Craft Council for its support of the WinterGreen Fine Craft Market and local artists.

“Affinity Credit Union is delighted to partner with the Saskatchewan Craft Council,” said Jessica Reimer, community investment specialist at Affinity Credit Union. “Supporting professional artisans and craftspeople boosts our local economy and enriches the spirit of our community.

“This support is made possible by our members' deposits which are re-invested back into our local economy to benefit everyone,” Reimer said. “In appreciation of this support, Affinity members will receive free admission into the show.”

This marks the second year Affinity Credit Union has partnered with the SCC to present the WinterGreen Fine Craft Market, the SCC’s largest market, which will feature more than 70 artists.

Also, 2015 is WinterGreen’s 40th anniversary, said a release from the SCC. “To celebrate this milestone, we will be showcasing one-of-a-kind pieces by the marketers in a special exhibition in the Quebec/Ontario room at the Conexus Arts Centre in Regina.

WinterGreen will be held November 20, 21 and 22 at the Conexus Arts Centre in Regina.
