Canora RCMP and assisting units are currently on scene at a rural area south of Sandy Beach, SK, (in the RM of Good Lake) along Tiny Grid Road, approximately halfway between Highway 229 and Sandy Beach Road.
A portion of Tiny Grid Road was blocked off as a result of the ongoing investigation. Police were asking local motorists to take alternate routes and for the public to avoid the area. Officers on scene will redirect traffic as required.
There will be an increased police presence in the area for several hours while the investigation is underway.
