The preliminary investigation conducted by the Saskatchewan Coroners Service indicates the male found deceased on October 1 at the Royal University Hospital in Saskatoon died as a result of self-harm.
The coroners service continues to investigate with the assistance of the Saskatchewan Health Authority and the Saskatoon Police Service. The family and parties involved have been provided with this information.
