On April 18, 2021 a male was arrested at the Montreal International Airport in Montreal, QC in relation to a Canada wide warrant originating out of Gravelbourg, SK.
The male, Robert Charbonneau (DOB 1954-04-18) was charged in 2007, for Fraud over $5,000 (Section 380) Criminal Code. A complaint was received by Gravelbourg RCMP in 2005 in relation to alleged fraud in 2004 and 2005 involving a school and involving a significant amount of money.
Robert Charbonneau failed to appear in court to respond to the charge, which resulted in the Canada wide warrant for his arrest issued in 2007.
Robert Charbonneau is currently in custody in Montreal, QC. He appeared in court on April 19, 2021 in Montreal and his next court appearance is April 24, 2021.
