On Aug. 30, at 2pm Fort Qu'Appelle RCMP were dispatched to a single vehicle roll over on a gravel road south of Lebret known as Wide Awake Road.
Indian Head RCMP, Fort Qu'Appelle Fire Department, Fort Qu'Appelle EMS, Fort Qu'Appelle Conservation Officers and the File Hills Police all attended to the collision.
Three occupants were in the vehicle.
A 20 year old female died on scene and an 18 year old female sustained critical injuries. The 18 year old was airlifted to a Regina hospital.
A male youth under the age of 16 years was also injured and transported to a local hospital for medical treatment. His injuries are not critical and he is believed to be the driver.
A forensic collision reconstructionist attended the scene to assist Fort Qu'Appelle RCMP with the investigation.
RCMP will not be releasing the identities of those involved and the investigation is continuing.
