Last week Chelsey Whitehawk’s home on Third Avenue North in Kamsack was among the homes which had already been decorated for Halloween. With a little more than only two weeks remaining before the ghosts and ghouls and trick-or-treaters invade the community, Whitehawk was eager to show off the bat wings costume into which she placed Roaches, her pet cat.
