PUNNICHY – Another court appearance has been made by a Regina man arrested in connection with a shooting incident on the George Gordon First Nation.
On Aug. 19, Punnichy RCMP received a report of an injured woman outside a home on the reserve.
The investigation determined she had been shot during an altercation with a man, who fled the scene on foot.
Twenty-four-year-old Xavier Worm was later arrested.
Worm faces numerous charges, including attempted murder.
In Punnichy Provincial Court on Tuesday, he was remanded in custody to Sept. 16.
