The Indian Head RCMP are investigating a break and enter that occurred sometime over the past week to an abandoned rural property north of Montmartre.
Suspects gained access to the old farm house via the garage but nothing was taken from the house or any of the buildings. An early 1980's (approximately 1983) Chevy pickup truck was stolen from the yard.
The truck is a blue single cab, 4x4, 3/4 ton pickup with "CHEVROLET" across the tailgate.
There was no licence plate on the truck.
The truck had to be loaded onto a trailer or towed from the yard because the truck has not ran in many years.
