Last week Bryan Cottenie, standing at left, who is a district delegate for Affinity Credit Union, presented a cheque from the Community Development Fund of $1,000 to the Kamsack Comprehensive Institute senior drama club, which will be staging a one-act drama called Moving at the KCI and at the regional drama festival in the spring. With Cottenie, from left, were: (standing) Barb Tetoff (who received the cheque on behalf of Krystal Deveau, the teacher director), Shaelyn Matwijeczko, Serina Wyllychuk, Alexis Koroluk and Brayden Fatteicher, and (seated) Elisabeth Ashley, Allison Thomsen, Breanna Bland, Elizabeth Hilderman and Allison Placatka. Deveau and Alanna Finnie were the two members of the club who were not available for the photo.
