The Christmas season kicked off for seniors in the area with a Christmas party at the Preeceville Club 60 on November 23.
Seniors enjoyed the turkey dinner catered and hosted by the Trinity United Church. After dinner the members walked across to the senior centre for musical entertainment followed by a Christmas sing-along.
Stella Tulik, Stella Holmes and Zita Serhan performed some Ukrainian Christmas songs. Willie Jakubowski accompanied by Stella Holmes, Vicky and John Kowal and June Jakubowski provided the rest of the entertainment with numerous traditional and favourite old-time songs.
