After a potluck supper on January 27 was over, the jam session began at PALS. It's all about having a fun time. Linda Gray of Invermay was the 50/50 winner. The winner of three free suppers was Walter Hughes of Preeceville. Louy Swiderski was also a winner of a free supper and Jerry Wionzek will be enjoying some free coffee.

The Rama Golden Jets held their members’ annual general meeting on February 2 at the Golden Jets Club. Led by the executive team, comprised of Janet Yasinski (president), Joe Kowalyshyn and Elaine Mitchell (vice-presidents) and Mary Kowalyshyn (secretary-treasurer), over 20 members discussed upcoming events for the club in 2017.

The Golden Jets have agreed to play host to our Canada Day 150 celebration and are planning an event that will be bigger than usual for the village. The agenda was bustling with great ideas and services that the club will be hosting in 2017, including bingos, Kaiser, pool and dances.
