Update: Saskatoon Police identify 'disoriented' and 'lost' woman

Police say a woman walked into a local business Monday afternoon and appeared to be disoriented and lost. She doesn't speak English.

Update: Saskatoon Police have now identified the woman and she will be reunited with her family.  They would like to thank the media and the public for their assistance.  

SASKATOON - Saskatoon Police are attempting to identify a woman who walked into a local business Monday afternoon and appeared to be disoriented and lost.

Police were called to the business in the 2300 block of Louise Avenue at approximately 1:30 p.m., Oct. 3.

When police arrived they determined that the woman wasn’t able to communicate in English and speaks a small amount of Mandarin. She was not able to share any identifying information with the police. 

The woman, who appears to be in her 70's, was taken to Royal University Hospital as a precaution.
