The Indian Head RCMP are investigating the theft of windmill that is close to 100 years old.
Sometime between May 16 and May 19, 2021 a 41 foot galvanized steel windmill was stolen from a rural property near Vibank.
The windmill is missing a fan blade, has bullet holes in it and the tail fin has "Chicago" written on it.
This would not have been exactly a simple task to accomplish and certainly would have required more than one person and some sort of equipment to remove from the property.
