Zaiden Rudachyk of the Kindergarten class and Brea Babiarz from the Grade 2 class laid a wreath together on behalf of the school.

The Grade 3 class recited the poppy story. Participants were: Bracyn Konkel, Xerxes Galaxy, Cheyenne Peterson, Savannah Olson, Myrandah Gagnon, Karley Buchinski, Tannis Fullawka, Avyn Seerey, Justice Stittle, Cole Palaniuk, Tiernan Karcha, Tyson Fedorchuk, Drei Terrenal, Parker Ryczak and Kiya Tucker.

"Each class performed a poem, reading or skit," said Katryna Wasylenchuk, librarian. "The program included songs, the showing of a video and a prayer with a moment of silence.”

Representatives of each room laid wreaths and Legion members from Norquay were in attendance, Wasylenchuk said. Barb Fraser and Betty-Lou Skogen from the Legion also laid a wreath on behalf of the Legion.
