The Indian Head RCMP are investigating a series of bale fires that have occurred just north of Quappelle.
The first occurred on June 11 and the second occurred on Oct. 1, both of which occurred on the same quarter section of land.
The fires are suspicious because there is no reason for these bales to catch fire unless there was some sort of ignition source.
If anybody has information on this or seen something suspicious in the area during these dates, they are asked to contact the Indian Head RCMP at (306) 695-5200.
