Parrish & Heimbecker, Limited (P&H) announced a new grain facility for the Yorkton area in June.

Already under construction at the time, and continuing through the test of 2021, the new facility is expected to be complete and receiving grain in June of 2022.

This facility will replace its current one, which has been in operation since 1980.

To complement the existing 6,000 tonne fertilizer shed and 7,800 ft2 AWSA heated chemical shed, the new structure will include 25,000 tonnes of grain storage and a 150 car CN loop track for continuous grain loading and movement to serve customers in the surrounding area.
