            Council decided to increase the lease rates at Crowstand Centre by the rate of 10 cents a square foot per month. The new rates, which apply after existing leases expire, means that it will cost leaseholders 75 cents per square foot per month for property on the upper floor, and 50 cents a square foot per month for space on the lower floor.

            It was agreed to draft a lease agreement with the Kamsack branch of the Saskatchewan Wildlife Federation for use of the old off-stream reservoir for an annual fee of $1.

            Council introduced, gave three readings to, and adopted its animal control bylaw which had been revised by adding a fine of $100 for residents having a dog run, dog containment fence or dogs leashed in a front yard.
