Members of the Ukrainian dance club awed the audience at the Preeceville Spring Expo on April 16.
Club members from the beginner, junior and intermediate groups performed at the trade show. Mikaela Musey is the dance instructor for the club.
Members also participated in the Russell Yachminka Dance Competition on April 8 and 9. The beginners did not compete.
The juniors received a mark of 85 and were rewarded a silver medal in Russell. They performed the same Poltava dance that they also performed in Preeceville during the annual concert.
The intermediates received a mark of 90 and were rewarded a gold medal for their Poltava dance.
All groups will be competing in Yorkton at the Kalyna Festival in May.
