The U10 Kinsmen Storm attended their first tournament of the season in Regina on Nov. 4-6, 2011.
The Storm went up against the UCT Turbo in the gold medal game. The Turbo had beat the Storm 6-1 earlier in the tournament. The two teams met in the final. The Turbo took a 1-nil lead in the middle of the first half.
Jairus Pellat scored the equalizer before the half ended.
Teammate Justin Adam scored on a breakaway with about five minutes left, resulting in redemption and a gold medal.
