Lightning can strike twice! Ken Goltz won a combined $28,613 on the September 12th and 18th POOLS football lottery tickets. The regular SPORT SELECT player discovered his win when he checked his tickets online.
"I was very happy," said the Yorkton resident. "Money is always welcome in the farming industry."
Ken purchased his winning SPORT SELECT lottery tickets at different locations in Yorkton. The first one was for September 12th, which he bought at Chan's Central Grocery on 182 West Broadway, and ended up winning $18,070.80 for matching 14 out of 15 games.
Then he won $10,542.20 for matching all 16 football games on a ticket purchased from the Super C Gas Bar located on 103 Gladstone Avenue North.
Ken plans to share some of his winnings during the holiday season.
"Christmas will be extra special this year," said Ken.
