YORKTON - It was a cool and windy evening at Jubilee Park as the Parkland 18U AAA Expos took to their home field to host the Regina Athletics.

Regina tied the score with a run in the fourth, added one on the fifth and plated five more in the sixth on their way to an 8-2 win.

Ben Gates was the winning pitcher, throwing four innings allowing one hit and two runs while striking out seven.

Jackson Hungle was tagged with the loss for the Expos based on four innings of work in which he allowed two runs on three hits and striking out seven.

Ashlyn Shields and Zakery Hungle had the only Expo hits on the night.

The Expos host the White Sox tonight (June 2) on Jubilee #2 diamond at 6 p.m., then welcome the Red Sox for a doubleheader Sunday on Jubilee #1 at 12 and 3 p.m.
