The Yorkton Exhibition Harvest Showdown was held last weekend at the Gallagher Centre in Yorkton. As always, the two-day Yorkton New Holland Rodeo event was a huge draw for crowds. The rodeo took place on both Friday and Saturday evenings inside the Farrell Agencies Arena. There were a variety of events for competitors to take place in, including barrel racing, saddle bronc, tie down roping, steer wrestling and more. Competitors came from all over Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Alberta, and into America. At intermission, there was a show from the Marcia Griffith Trick Riders. And of course, there was a rodeo clown there to provide entertainment all night.
