The Canora Golf and Country Club hosted a day of junior golf lessons on June 27. Donna Rock, clubhouse manager, said things went really well, with approximately 20 young golfers participating, from age five to 15. Coaching was provided by Kelly McTavish and Terry Wilson. The day ended with a fun alternate shot tournament, with one child and one adult on each team. Rock said the support provided by the instructors and the interest shown by the junior golfers was appreciated in making the day a success.
