The Cab Clothing Yorkton Regional High School Female Athlete of the Month for September is Tamara Hershmiller. Tamara is a Gr. 10 student. Tamara was awarded MVP in her Gr. 9 volleyball season. This season Tamara was a member of the senior Raider volleyball team. She has played volleyball for four years and has been an active member of the Blitz Volleyball Club. Tamara also played on the senior lady Raiders basketball team in her Gr. 9 year. Tamara also played junior badminton. Along with Tamara's busy athletic schedule she earned Honour Roll with Distinction. Congratulations Tamara!
The Cab Clothing Yorkton Regional High School Male Athlete of the Month for September is Paul Toth. Paul is a Gr. 12 student and has played football since Gr. 10. He was awarded rookie of the year and MVP. Paul has recently been named a league all-star for linebacker. Paul is also a member of the Raider curling team. Paul would like to thank his coaches and teammates. Paul has also achieved an Honour Roll standing of 80 per cent throughout high school. Outside of school Paul works on the farm doing whatever is needed and in the summer has worked for Penn Truss. Congratulations Paul!
