The Cab Clothing Yorkton Regional High School Female Athlete of the Month for February is Raelene Nagy. Nagy has been a member of the senior girls basketball team for the last two years. Coaches say that Nagy has shown a great deal of commitment and determination that have helped her to develop into a very strong basketball player.
She is a very reliable and hardworking student and player. She is a great leader among her peers and is well deserving of being recognized as an "Athlete of the Month". The Cab Clothing Yorkton Regional High School Male Athlete of the Month for February is Ben Redl. Redl is currently a Gr. 10 student at the YRHS. He is an honour roll student that has participated in football, badminton, volleyball, soccer and is currently on the senior basketball team.
He also got some experience while playing on the provincial basketball team over the summer. In his free time, he enjoys windsurfing at his cabin, working at the Gloria Hayden Community Centre.
