Dear Editor:
I can’t believe this Sask Party government. It’s bad enough that they are building a bypass around Regina at five times the original estimate but now we have what appears to be a shady land deal that is costing the taxpayers millions more then it should.
I can’t understand how Bill Boyd’s business associate can buy this land and sell in the same day and profit six million dollars and then a business in Regina can do the same thing and make a profit of five million dollars when all the time Sask Highways could have expropriated the land for a fair value.
This sounds like a Grant Devine deal and it should as Brad Wall was mentored by him. Also to add insult to injury now Brad Wall wants the taxpayers to give oil companies money to clean up abandoned oil wells. Give me a break, if the oil companies drilled the wells they should be made to clean them up at their cost not ours. This stuff has got to stop and the only way to do that is to get rid of the crooked Sask Party.
